That would be the reason seemingly random people are all connected - and they are connected. And Jacob commented on making, creating, weaving the "tapestry" (of life?) Said it took him a long time, but that's what happens when you spin your own thread...( or something of the sort) Which is cool, and not half as bad as the Loom of Fate, but lets not bring that up.
